2-F / REFLECTION STEPS The steps lead down from the walkways encircling the Flag to the main viewing rotunda. At 8 feet deep they are places where people can assemble for viewing, discussion and reflection. We envision the steps being used as a place where thoughts and ideas can flow freely under the influence of the dramatic setting.
