Subject: September 11, 2001 Remembrance - Photos
Below is a link to the American Legion Post 372 web site! It features a slide show of photographs of that special evening of prayer and remembrance for the victims of September 11, 2001. We gathered as proud Americans who will never forget that dreadful day of September 11, 2001 that claimed the lives of 2996 victims.
That figure of 2996 victims would have been so much higher if it were not for the brave Firefighters and Policemen of New York who responded and saved the lives of many thousands more. Many of these Firefighters and Policemen sacrificed their lives to protect the lives of others. We must not forget these individuals that gave their all.
This 9-11 Candlelight tribute honors these brave "9-11 Heroes".
